There is no longer a need to sign yourself up for a surgery just so you can have all your moles removed. The safe and easy removal of moles is even possible straight from the comforts of your own home. Many mole removal at home creams claim that they can accomplish this with flying colors. But is that really so and do they really work?

If the advertisements of these home mole removal creams are to be believed, they can remedy all your pigmentation problems quickly for just 40 to 80 bucks. But there is one thing they did not take into consideration, or even if they do, they fail to mention: the differences in skin types and their response to creams. What works for one does not automatically make them effective or applicable to everyone else. There is also the fact that there are side effects, such as redness and blistering, that can arise from the use of these creams. There is also the possibility of some scarring that will be left on your skin after their use.

Yet another method for home mole removal that is a definite no-no is shaving of the mole. It is technically a form of surgery, something that should be done only by a qualified person (which you-re not) in a sterile environment (which your home is not, no matter how you claim it is the cleanest place on the planet). Many are not aware of the serious consequences should this procedure go wrong, thus they are opening themselves to greater risks. It is important to do this in a part of the home that is free from any sharp objects.

There seems to be quite a lot of natural methods for home mole removal on the Internet. Even your kitchen can be a good source of such natural remedies, including garlic, bloodroot, and apple cider vinegar. Sterilize a needle with alcohol and use it to scratch your mole. Dip a small cotton ball into apple cider vinegar and place it directly on the mole. Let it stay on overnight. You can also use a piece of garlic or bloodroot paste instead of the cotton ball. It has to be understood that even though they are all edible food items, all of the above can seriously burn the skin and leave a mark.

Even though there are quite a lot of people who swear by these products, stating that they are really effective and fast as well (only 5 days at most), the thing is they also state that there will be a scar left after applying all of these home mole removal techniques. And replacing your mole, that can be removed easily by a professional, with a scar that even professionals cannot remove it, is an option that does no sound good.

I am personally in favor of leaving things in the hands of a professional. The same as you would not pull your tooth out by yourself (you would rather go to the dentist) why would you want to remove the moles by yourself? Contemplating the possible results of doing it by yourself will wipe your mind of those types of thoughts.
